Effective October 30, 2026
Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you act for) and Augment Inc., a Delaware corporation, which operates CopierBridge. By creating an account or connecting a device, you accept them. Questions: support@copierbridge.com.
The service
CopierBridge accepts email from your devices and applications with a username and password and delivers it through the Microsoft 365 mailbox you connect, using Microsoft's OAuth sign-in. It is new, and we are improving it continually.
Your account and authority
You must be allowed to connect the mailbox and configure the devices you add, on behalf of the organization that owns them. Keep each device's password private; you are responsible for email sent with it.
Acceptable use
Use the service for your organization's own device and application email, such as scans, alerts, reports and receipts. Don't use it for bulk marketing, unsolicited email, or anything that breaks Microsoft's terms or the law. We may limit or suspend a device that sends abusive volumes or spam, and will tell you when we do.
Fees
CopierBridge costs $9 per device per month. Your first device is free for 14 days. We bill monthly through our payment processor for the devices on your account; you can remove devices or cancel at any time, and billing stops at the end of the current month. Payments already made are not refunded for partial months.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as is, without a promised uptime, and delivery depends on Microsoft's systems as well as ours. If Microsoft refuses a message, we pass its answer back to your device.
Your data
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, and is part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Augment Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or at once for a serious breach such as spam. When an account closes, we delete its stored Microsoft access.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; for material changes we will tell account holders by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
